To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to complaint ID # ***The customer in referance had a past due account please see attached. Roadrunner Residential garbabge service is $per month and is billed bi-monthly. Unfortunately, when a customer has a past due balance of
over $they service is revoked. Roadrunner cannot continue to provide services to customers without payment.The customer issued a crediit card on November 16th, and asked to have it run for the balance owed after Dcember 20th, the card was run on December 22nd, for the remaining balance.Thank you!If you have any questions please call Suzy at ***

Hello!Response for the complaint #*** is as follows.Attached is the customer statement and copy of check mailed tot he customer on 10/07/17.The customer had a disagreement with her driver and demanded a refund for services. The can was full and was emptied and customer was credited her
amount of unused service. As of today her check has not been cashed. If she would like to call the office we will be happy to reissue a check! Thank you!
