You just can't talk to anyone except a useless bot. Worse than awful customer service.
Existing Customer with with impeccable payment record and credit rating, wanted to upgrade a Samsung phone cancelling my previous agreement. Was my application declined because I was reaching retirement age (still working) Are Klarna ageist, thought that was illegal.

Buyer Beware!!!!
I shopped with Klarna through the NIKE store and they created two invoices and had me to pay twice . I still have not recieved my monies from the paid invoice. I paid off the second one so they would not put it on my credit. Use Affirm if you can. This Buy Now PayLater can be tricky so beware of what you may think is a good thing! It can turn out to be a scammmmmm!

Klarna sent an account that was not behind on payments to collections
Made my payments and account was paid and up to date and out of nowhere was told my account was sent to collections. Contacted them through chat because that is the only way you can contact them and they told me that there was nothing they could do since it was sent to collections. They could not reverse it. So my credit is now damaged because they sent a good account to collections for who knows why. They would not tell me why it was sent to collections. This is total b[censored].

Worst
Don't use this company.. I have financed many items and lord what a rip off … couldn't answer my questions ...avoided questions didn't get any issues resolved…after making all payments I logged in to make another payment and for an unexpected reason my payment had doubled, and they tried to blame it on late fees which of course wasn't correct. They told me it was my interest percent not making large enough payments? Seriously you cannot do better than that. Total waste of time and money. Never again, and you can bet your sweet a[censored] Klarna the BBB is going to get ahold of this one. Have a better day everyone DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH KLARNA ITS A Waste.

Liars
Please do not use Klarna. Very unprofessional customer service. They will lie to you. I made a purchase through Klarna. I had my payments automatically withdrawn from my account. They told me they would come out on the 26th. But they drafted it on the 24th. I did not have the funds in my account so I immediately called and told them the payment did not go through and could they re-run payment because I just transferred funds to cover payment. The CS rep kept telling me it went through. I told her I did not want to be charged any fees, since it was showing on my end that it did not go through. She assured that I wouldn't be charged a late fee or NSF fee. Said if I was charged later to call and they would reverse the charges. No charges were charged then. We had issues with the product purchased and returned it. They seller gave Klarna a FULL refund. When I asked for a refund of my payments made- they paid me my payments minus $10. When I inquired about it they said it was due to a NSF back in Sept. that they had to charge me for. They are now telling me they cannot refund NSF or late charges. Funny how they got the FULL amount back, I was not charged a fee when I made payment, they lied and told me I would NOT be charged a fee when they would not let me make the payment right then and now they CANNOT refund the fee. I really love getting ripped off and lied to!

Scam and ripoff!
it's a scam! I tried using it, got the “ghost” card and tried to use for the purchase I needed and would not take the CVV code...contacted their CS and was told to try again and if not working then cancel the card and the first payment they took out instantly, takes up to 4 days to get it back...what a bunch of crap! I then contacted CS to cancel my account out and the rep I got was an i[censored]t and said a supervisor would have to do and then ended chat but not before sending message I would be contacted by a specialist within 2 working days and left chat then. I contacted them back and the next rep got me over right away to the escalation que to get the account closed! Rep told me she was transferring me and same thing happened, got message at top of chat saying specialist would contact me in 2 working days! Stay away from Klarna!

Do not use this Service this is a rip off company !!!
I purchased a handbag from Macys and to discover about a month later that I did not receive the handbag that Klarna was supposed to ship out. I contacted Macys customer service to replace the item. It turns out the item was not what I expected. I immediately returned it. I paid Klarna in full. After the return was received more than 14 days, I contacted Klarna for my refund and I was told by Vinita that "you just have to wait". I even forwarded my return receipt from Macys that they processed it on 06/29. On my order history it is documented that I am to get my full refund. Nothing from Klarna. These people will obviously utilize your money while you wait for your product. This is certainly a scam! Just imagine how many people use this service and everyday they make millions holding so many people's money. just think 10000 people and $100 purchase per day. a total rip off. I want my Money!

The worst company to deal with, ever!
We purchased and item and had to wait until almost the due date to get account information. We made the payment. The following month, we made the payment on the 1st of that month. We were told that payment did not count because their statements don't come out until the second of the month. The customer service rep told me I would have to make a second payment for that month or would be sent to collection. I called back the next day and spoke to another rep, who said they would adjust the payment to apply for that month. He told me to make sure the payments arrived about the 5th or 6th of each month. The next month, I began receiving notices that my payments were late and accruing late fees. Long story short, I have had to call Klarna for six months straight to reverse late fees. Despite the fact we have overpaid what is due, we continue to be charged late fees. when told, multiple times, this issue would b e escalated and we would received a return call, we either get no further response, or it takes two weeks and it is untimely creating further issues. This is the worst company to deal with ever!

Klarna SCAM
I never get the item and I canceled it because 3 month and I never recieve my order. klarna still charge me because they said that I did not call them that I cancel the order in pact that they allready refund the money that they paid it .so they know allready that it cancelled already but they still charge me 54 dollar . GUYs Carefull on this KLARNA if you did not call them then they still Charge you .

Terrible customer service/ tech support
I lost my debit card and for some reason Klarna froze my account for suspicious activity...all fine and dandy except to verify my account they need my phone number which they say is invalid. Twice I have sent items confirming my identity. In the mean time my payment has been declined be used I cannot log in.
In order to chat with their customer service you must log in. So I create a new account. Now I cannot merge the 2 and still cannot change the payment Info on my first account.
So far 7 days and I am just told to keep emailing my info and to be patient.

Patience has a limit.

Fraudulent transactions charge
I purchased furniture from an online store. The timeline for delivery seemed extremely long. And I was charged before it was shipped- Products should not be charged till they ship. I canceled the order within a few days. And was sent a bill for 2 dollars for interest- this company is a scam and any company allowing them to assist in financing is of questionable integrity as well! I would give a negative star if available!

There is nothing good about Klarna! No lights. No home.

Klarna popped up when I went to buy a mattress, and it stated month same as cashWell on novPayment it stated I have until decfor no interestI bought in july of this yearI have been paying a month to make sure it was paid off before the month interest freeWhen I went in to make my no Payment it would not let me pay anything but the minimum payment instead of my payment and after it stated I had until dec25th for interest freeSo not only did it change the interest free months, it would not let me make anything but a minimum payment of
