This is a lie, I have text and emails that proves otherwise. He was postponing on both issues, when car was refered to his “mechanic”,stated he did not know what was wrong car”, I contact him and he state he will get back go me and did not. I feel he was a fraud in both areas. I had to take step on cosignment check, which I have asked for breakdown amount and not provided to to this date, check was made out 2 days before sent to me. Car light had major work required and not a simple change a components. This is the reason, car was sold with car bill statement and primise by dealer to correct. Which he has not, and in another recent text he promised to pay, but not that dollar amount. Car is not driven everyday, so to say I caused is incorrect. Car cannot be taken to any car repair shop.

issue assume has been resolved.Regarding the tire light being on when he purchased the car. I did promise to fix the issue and had it arranged for him to bring the car to my vendor who handles the tire sensors. I had it arranged the same week he purchased the car, but he didn't take the carthere for over a month. When he did finally take the carthere, new sensors were installed at no expense to him and then he was told to drive the car so they can reset. I never heard anything about the tire sensors until about 3 months after he had the sensors installed. Then he just emails me a bill for $2,000 and says I need to pay the bill. I had no chance to see what was being done, had no chance to see if I can help get a better deal and honestly the cost is double what it should have been which also raises concern. Who knows what could have happened in the 3 months while he had the car?
