Klassee K-9 Kennel

On [redacted] My puppy was viciously mauled by another dog while under the trusted supervision of Klassee K-9. The dog who attacked her ripped her neck apart and according to my vet, tried to kill her. This cost me [redacted] in emergency vet bills and I am now left with a puppy who is terrified of other dogs. What a shame for her to be scarred at such a young age, and shame on Klassee K9 for allowing this to happen!Desired SettlementReimbursement of emergency vet bills paid.Business Response yes the customers puppy was hurt at Klassee K-9 but it did not happen how she claims it happened. The customers other dog hurt her puppy while they were kenneled together during a time out. She was notified and the puppy went directly to the vet. The customer never asked me to pay her vet bills or questioned how it happened until now because there was another huge blown out of proportion incident involving 2 family dogs about a month later that was posted on Facebook. We do not have cameras at Klassee K9 but will be installing them for our own benefit because had we had them this customer would not be making the accusations she is. All this being said we stick to our story BUT have paid ALL her emergency vet bills the first week of [redacted] despite the continued slander by this customer. We are willing to work with people and have never told a customer we would not work with them so this route of action was not needed.
