I understand that no company will give refunds for gift cards, but then again most companies that sell them have products people can actually use them on.  We have contacted all of the coaches in our area with either no response or that they are not authorized to coach at any pool unless it is a private pool.  If the coaches can't coach at a public pool they should have that posted on their profile, this way people looking for a coach will know ahead of time.  These cards are a pure scam with the sole purpose of making CoachUp 100% profit.If these cards, and COMPANY, are not fraudulent then they can have a coach in my area with the ability to coach at a local (public) pool contact me.  If they are unable to deliver then they should be held accountable and refund the monies lost.
