Received advertisement in local newspaper ( [redacted] - January 26th, 2017) indicating "Unlimited Car Washes" for a price of $per month When I went to sign up for the month of March, = I was told that I had to buy at least THREE months in advance There is ABSOLUTELY no mention of a THREE MONTH MINIMUM PURCHASE in the posted ad They would not honour their ad they had in the paper The ad does not indicate any minimum month purchase or a time limit for the ad

Tuesday December 18, took my car for their in and out car wash service, the place was packedDrove my car through the wash and it came out full of foam and wax but was NOT washed, they told me to go through the machine againI went through TWO MORE TIMES and still it did not wash my car, just dumped chemicals on it
I asked to speak with a manager - he suggested they would rinse off my car then give me a free wash to use at another location or to come back in the futureOne of their service reps then deove my car (still dripping with foam and wax) and parks it outside on the corner and it sits there for minutes unattended (I had been at their site for more than an hour at this stage)
I look at the voucher they gave me for a free wash and realize it's for a $exterior wash onlyThe service I initially paid for was for in and out ($value)
I have used Klassic Car Wash on Anne Street for over years, I even pay for the monthly unlimited car wash option during winter (the sticker is visible on my windshield) I have never been this dissapointed with a service before
Yes machines malfunction (it didn't help that you are not leaving enough of a gap between cars hence the censors shutting down the machine and skipping cars)I understand machines fail sometimes but the lack of urgency in addressing a clearly frustrating situation for your customers is what put me off here

Took car through the car wash, where heard a loud grinding noiseWas brought to managers attention that while in the carwash our spash guard for the drivers side front tire was then warped and scratched up with pieces of plastic missingThere were also blue streaks of soap left all over the carVery noticiable because is a white carManager explained there is no way it could happen there because of the bumpers they have on the guiderailsI asked him to show me and he didUpon looking at the bumpers there was peices missing in three different places that I could see (because they couldnt shut down the machine, understably) where my vehicle could have been grinded against the metalManager said his boss would be back in an hour that he would go over the taped footage and get back to me to see whether or not they would fix the damageThree hours later not a word from anyoneWent back to klassic, manager says the owner had not come in yetWas told to go back at that he would

I prepaid for a carwash package that cost $Intially, I was told it would be approximately 20-minutes for the work to be completedAfter the exterior of the car had been washed I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours for the work to be completedSince I was on my lunch break I decided to leave the car
Upon my return I was told that I had to pay an additional $I asked what for and I was told that they had taken out the car mats and shampooed the carpet on the floor of the carI told the young man This I had not asked forI pre-paid for a package that included the washing of the car matsHe became hostile and said if I did not pay I will not get my car keys and he absolutely refused to give it to meI had to call the police who ordered them to give me the keys
Not only did they want me to pay for a service I did not request but the service that I did request and paid for was no goodThere was still a lot of dust in the car and streaks on the
