Klassic Kutz Salon

(Im not the only person she owes money to also) I went to this hair salon one day & First of all, I was there from 7:45pm to 3 am the next morning. Once I got home I realized my hair was done incorrectly so the very next day I told her that I didn't like it & I gave her the opportunity to redo my hair & she agreed so we set a date, she canceled on the first date so we set another one when the day came she dismissed respond to any messages from me what so ever so I texted her & was like if you don't have time to redo it its ok just give me my money back & I will go somewhere else because I had trips planned & needed my hair done asap so we eventually set a day for me to come to the shop & get my money (after me asking her numerous times when she was going to give me my money) when the day came I went to the shop & no one was there not even her & the doors were locked, so I texted her & let her know that no one was there & she stated she left my money in her booth for me to get, she then said she was on her way to martinsville she would cash app me my money so I sent the cash app name & everything & I still have yet to get my money. So the next thing I did was contact the owner who did absolutely nothing, he actually told me that once the issue was resolved not to come back to the shop which is fine with me because why go back when my hair was already messed up once & he knows she owes others money as well because I told him. At the end of the day I just want my money ack that I work hard for. I have all documentation of conversations with the stylist as well as the owner if I need to email them to you guys just shoot me a email & let me know, I also have photos of the terrible hairdo as well.
