Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/09/15) */
Received call from first time customer that well pump was blowing breaker. Asked customer what type of well pump he had and was informed it was an old piston pump. Sent main service tech out same day to diagnose problem. Problem was found to...

be belt drive motor on pump was bad. Was able to locate new motor and priced to customer. Customer approved price and repair. Motor was ordered that day and received the following morning. Contact was made with customer and motor was installed that afternoon. Upon start of pump to check out it was found pump would not build enough pressure to shut off. Was informed by home owner that there was a faucet in home that did not shut off and they were just running pump as needed. Was asked if we could repair faucet while we were there. Service tech looked at faucet and found no shutoffs and faucet was not repairable. Customer went and bought new faucet themselves and called back to have it installed. We made a second service call approximately a week later to change faucet. Customer ask if pressure tank was ok and if we could drain it. Service tech looked tank over and was unable to drain tank due to age and no drain valve on tank. Service tech informed customer tank appeared to be drained all ready due to weight of tank and fact faucet was running wide open. Since we have completed work on 8/4/2016 I have had no contact with customer or have we received any complaints from customer. I have also not received payment from customer for either pump install or faucet replacement. I will attempt to make contact with customer over next couple business days to hopefully resolve this issue.
