I was referred to Steam Canada's [redacted] (Thorndale ON location) for an issue with our in floor water heating system Their initial assessment was prompt, however it took a significant amount of time, over weeks before the parts and a technician were available to come and fix the headers The technician was efficient, [redacted] This was done and technician from [redacted] came at Steam Canada's request THEN we got the invoiceThere was no explanation, no detailed itemization of the parts just a bill for over $You can imagine our shock! I do not mind paying however after repeated requests for the itemized receipt of the parts I received a phone call only, saying "we were shocked too and these parts only come from the US" [redacted] I tried again in January,and I also requested an update on where the technician was and when he was coming out for the remaining work that he was supposed to quote on NOTHINGI called in February (this was my fifth time) after sending an email and receiving nothing in response Finally ***, in their offices sent me an email listing parts and prices, but truly, I have not idea if this is the actual cost We have more to fix and I wanted an itemized listing receipt for these parts! [redacted] there has been no folland we are now months later I guess they do not need the businessI even asked in my last email if they wanted the additional business and have not had a response...well, I guess no response is their response IXXX-XXX-XXXX will certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone...very disappointing
