Dear Revdex.comI do not know where their vehicle was damaged but it could not have happened at the car washWe are the obvious target when someone finds damage on their car that previously went unnoticedAt this point after reading their threats of legal action, I believe that is the course they should takeWe cannot and will not pay for damage we did not cause

I am rejecting this response because: To whom it may concern Though we appreciate Mr [redacted] fast response he is giving very conflicting and inaccurate informationWhen we first mentioned this to his employees they stated that they have a camera system that they can review to prove it wasn't their faultNow he is stating the system can't show damage to a vehicle! What purpose does the camera system serve? He has stated himself in his reply to the Revdex.com he has been in business for years and has never had this problem!? Maybe he has selective amnesia or is just flat out lyingI would suggest he check his Revdex.com complaints, he has the exact same complaint and treatment of the customer this year and god knows how many others that aren't reported due to their scare tacticsAs far as our truck having prior damage we have just purchase this truck with in the last days and this was the first time it was washedFurthermore we have paid $70,for this truck and don't appreciate what his car wash has done to our brand new Lincoln Navigator.ResolutionWe need him to step up as a business owner and take care of the faults of his machine damaging our truckWe are looking for him to pay for the repair of the damage his car wash has made to our brand new truckIf he chooses to keep denying it and acting this way we will go to the attorney general office and file a complaint as well as sue him in small claims court and see what the judge thinks about all of this and we did call the police from his car wash on the same day this occurredWe will also file an insurance claim and have the insurance company come after him for subrogation

At this point I think thats the way to go

As a car wash owner with years experience I am not aware of anything in the wash that could do the damage my on duty manager and Ms* *** describedSecurity cameras are not designed to pick out damage in great detail nor can they see through dirt and grime on the vehicle that is hiding damage
already thereHidden damage is precisely why we have "not responsible for damage" on our receipts, as well as on our menu boardWhile it is possible to bend an antenna or wiper blade, which we always take care of, I do not believe we are at fault in this caseIn closing, we wash approximately 80,cars a year at this location and have never had one complaint of this natureAlso I think it is important to know that we closed down weeks late last year to put in new and up to date equipment from front to back

We have reviewed the footage on our dvd and we can clearly see the damage on the vehicle prior to entering the wash. The customer has been contacted and a message was left inviting her to view the footage. Thank you. Dennis R[redacted], owner Klean-A-Kar Express. ###-###-####.

Your car did in fact scratch my rim. I have pictures of the rim and also have taken my car to a rim repair facility, and they said it is not curb rash like your employee tried to say it was. Curb rash appears on the edges of the rim not a scratch in the middle of it. I heard a loud scrape when entering your facitlity as I was being directed by your employee to turn more to the right as I was entering. He told me my rim would be fine but it wasnt.Also, how could I get curb rash on the left side of my car? usually you hit a curb if you get to close to a curb and when your turning to the right since we drive on the right side of the road in america.There is no way I could get curb rash on the left front rim. If you measure from the edge of my tire to the rim to where the scratch is located, it is 4 inches.  i also took a picture of your facilities enterance where your wheel enters in while holding a tape measure next to it and it id 4 inches high from the ground . Attached is the pictures. I spoke with the owners son that day it occured on july 24th,and he is very rude and unprofessional to your customers as well as pointing in my face because he didnt like my response to me saying i'll tell the Revdex.com about this and this is klean a kars fault. Not good customer service to me. No matter how rude a person gets,you should always treat the customer with some type of respect. If your plastic guard works" that you claim to be helpful" and doesnt cause scratches on rims, then why is there scratches all over your plastic guard and your metal  in the pictures I attached below? If this matter doesn't get resolved, I will have to take legal action
