Very professional !

Klean Kata Window Cleaning, was on time and did an excellent job. Good value for dollars spent. Ryan, the gentleman who did our windows was personable and made sure every thing was put back from where he moved it to clean the windows.

I contracted with a roofing contractor last year that advertises on Spokane radio and TV to have moss removed from my roof. A price and date was agreed to. We live one hour north of Spokane. The crew of two arrived as agreed, however as they approached their eyes were as big as saucers, we have a large home. They got out shook their heads and said there was no way they would attempt this work and drove away. Four hours of unpaid crew time gone and I had moss for another year.
I stumbled upon Klean Kata, a multi service company specializing in roofs and windows. Ryan [redacted] quoted me by phone a price that was lower than last year’s professionals, I was skeptical. Mr. [redacted] showed up on-time (actually a bit early) with professional tools, safety equipment, and attitude. He did not hesitate to get right to work and did an awesome job, even with some extra requested work…all for the same quote, which was very reasonable for the all day job and risks. Mr. [redacted] will get all my future work and recommendations!

Ryan, came over and did an excellent job. Our shower had glass walls that after 16 years of use looked almost like a light frosted glass. Ryan was able to clean them back to virtually new condition. My wife was truly amazed and very happy.

We hired Ryan of Klean Kata Window Cleaning, LLC initially because of his timely and competitive bid to clean our gutters. He followed through by arriving right on time and proceeding to achieve what we wanted him to complete. We would certainly recommend him.

Ryan Lund did an excellent job at a fair price. He took the moss off the roof, cleaned gutters, outside windows and siding. I love having one company do all these services at the same time. I will refer him to family and friends and will call for his services next year.

On March 8th of 2016, [redacted] of Klean Kata came on time and ready to work. He was very diligent and professional. He took great care to not disturb any of our household items, or outdoor areas while working. We had him do a power wash of our entire home, clean the gutters, wash all the windows inside and out, (the ceilings are 23') and inspect the roof and gutters. The house has not looked this good since we built it. He did not even take a coffee break or lunch break, he just worked till the project was completed. We are more than satisfied with his work and will recommend him to our friends, in fact we already put him on our calendar for next spring!

Klean kata Window Cleaning, LLC did a great job on cleaning my shake roof. [redacted] was very cheerful, friendly and did a good job of explaining what he would do for us.

I like the gentle way he cleaned the wooden shingles (shakes) and used air to blow off the dirt and moss.

The roof looks brand new the day after he completed his work.
