Review: I was utilizing their vip services, which is unlimtied car washes a month. The fee for this service was $60 dollar a month, setup on automatic transaction using my debit card. On September 26, 2013 I spoke with [redacted] the owner explain that I would not be using the service for the month of October so I would like to cancel, he said sure no problem. Then on October 2nd my account was debited the $60 dollars, I immedately called spoke with [redacted] the owner again, who instructed me to call back around 10am speak to [redacted] the manager or assistant manager and give her all of my information reassuring that all charges would be reverse. Call back on that day spoke to [redacted] gave her the information to no avail, charges still were not reverse. I made repeat calls to try and rsolve this issue to no avail. The last calls was made on Monday October 7th and Tuesday October 8th I left name and number, no one has gotten back to me, funds have not been received.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that my $60 dollars be returned to me, in a form of check. Because they have my information I can't trust that they will not debit my account in November.

Review: I brought my vehicle into Klean King today to be detailed. They charged me $30 for a VACUM ONLY. They vacuumed my vehicle TWICE and its still FILTHY! They sprayed something on my dash that they CLAIMED was ARMORALL all over my radio AND DID NOT WIPE IT OFF! My vehicle is a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 and now I have to worry about what they put on my dash after I ASKED THEM IF THEY USED ARMORALL and was told they do but then find out IT WASN'T ARMORAL! Also, I told them I DID NOT WANT A FRAGRANCE PUT IN MY NEW VEHICLE AND NOW IT SMELLS LIKE BURNT RUBBER! I am highly disgusted with my experience at this business and will NEVER come back.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund so that I may go to another place of business and have my truck detailed properly.
