In good faith Klebe Fuel has already delivered gallon to Ms *** on behalf of the *** *** in *** told the *** *** that she knew there was an outstanding bill from 2012, and that SHE would be paying it Ms *** did not make payment arrangements with us and in fact now disputes any responsibility for this bill We recommend she contact her own oil company to meet her heating needs

We were saddened to hear the senior Mrs *** had passed away and attempted to make payment arrangements with her co-habitor *** In good faith we delivered for the *** *** in 2013, but *** does not do any business with us nor has never paid for the oil delivered in that
she promised she would take care of We recommended that she contact her current oil provider

I am rejecting this response because:Hello, when my mother passed I notified all her creditors of her death and explained her bills would go into probate and expected they would be paid through the sale of her home. The house did not sell in the time allotted by Financial Freedom. Therefore my mothers outstanding bills of 2012 will go unpaid when the estate is settled and her home is now in foreclosure by Financial Freedom. Klebe fuel is the only company that has a contract with the [redacted] for delivering oil to assistance approved people, and I feel Klebe should also honor their contract with the [redacted] and deliver the 100 gallons I was allowed. Once again, I feel I am being penalized for a bill that isn't mine and Klebe legally has no right to hold up delivery. Thank you

Review: Hello, My mother passed away in 2012.She was75 on social security and owned her own home.She signed a budget payment with Klebe fuel,but unexpectedly died owing a balance of 649.00.All her bills went into probate.I am currently living in her home until the estate is settled.I needed an extra oil delivery and was approved by the [redacted] for 100 gallons.Klebe refused to deliver the oil telling the [redacted] I have a bill with them.THIS IS NOT MY BILL. I called Klebe to resolve this telling them I felt they were penalizing me for a bill that wasn't mine.She responded by saying "you were at your mothers helping her before she died and benefited from her oil So I feel I have already helped you".This is ludicrous!,and she repeated this many times.I have spoken with Statewide Lawyers Assistance and Dept. of Public utility Control.Both said She legally has no right to hold up delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like Klebe fuel to be told they must deliver the 100 gallons as was approved for me. It has now been over a week of trying to resolve and reach people and I am almost on empty,please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you, [redacted]
