*** *** ** *** * ***Hi ***In response to this individual's comments on 5/11/16: Since we are contracted & work directly for *** *** Condominium Association at *** ***, we contacted the manager again to clarify the issues stated The carpets were cleaned to their satisfaction and there is no bad smell or odors from the products we used We have never been contacted by the management company about stopping the use of any of our products We've been in compliance as to the use of the products in reference to the *** forms We've had no problems with management or any of the other homeowners at *** *** Condominiums This individual was upset and there seems to be no reasonable resolution with him We are perplexed and sorry that we've not been able to satisfy his issues with us at this time.Thank you,Mary W***

*** ** *** * ***,In response to the complaint submitted about our company's practices, we have served the surrounding areas for over thirty years We've
provided cleaning services for the condominium management company in question, *** *** ** *** *** for over years and again this spring (2016) they enlisted our company's services We have never used carcinogenic chemicals on the carpets and the product we use has a citrus odor that dissipates as it driesThis product is used on a regular basis in our industry for cleaning carpets We have never had any complaints from any of the homeowners about odors During the cleaning process there is no need to use personal protective equipment for the services we are providing We are hired and work directly for *** *** Condominium Association, we do not work for this individual The *** *** management company deals with notifying homeowners if necessary, of any work projects going on and any precautions that need to be taken. This individual came out to our manager technician and the workers while they were cleaning, he started yelling and using abusive language When our technician tried to talk with this individual he became unreasonable & really aggressive At that point our technician called management to alert them to a problem with this individual The manager came over & they also dispatched security to help with the situation during which a report was filed They said that they have had issues with this individual in the past Security talked with the individual and requested that he go back to the residence he was staying in & let us complete our work At that point we were able to resume work and complete the job to the management's satisfaction. Last year this individual called into our office and used vulgar language to our office personal which was very upsetting.We always try to address concerns in a reasonable fashion We have employees that are professional, courteous, and provide quality work to our customers We always obtain legal documentation from all employees we hire We also are certified and abide by all IICRC & OSHA standards. I am rejecting this response because:The carpets still smell like chemicalsWhy can't you just steam clean them instead of using chemicals that smell so bad they have orange scent added to them? The orange scent dissipates after a few hours leaving the chemical smell behindThe Citrus Blast cleaner contains Dipropylene Glycol Methyl Ether which is listed on the *** as being a known carcinogenThat means it is known to cause cancerThis chemical is still on our carpets and smells awfulPlease steam clean our carpets to remove itWe live in the mountains and enjoy the fresh clean mountain airWe don't want it to smell like an orange juice factory after it has been cleanedWe also do not want to be exposed to toxic chemicals such as? Dipropylene Glycol Methyl Ether which was sprayed all throughout our building.It would also be great if you had someone more professional employees who do not cuss and try to start fights on our propertyAlso please ensure that all your employees are E-Verified and have proper personal protective equipment if using toxic chemicalsAll condo owners should be notified before you use dangerous chemicals in our building
