I did so and sent her a coupon book for her troubles. I explained to both why we needed to put a expiration on these older coupons to allow for upgrades to a new more up to date system. They both agree the new system would be better and I think understand the process. I am hopeful we can remove this complaint from our company. We were only trying to improve this part of our business and this was the only complaint we have received due to this. I'm confident it was because of the nature of the transaction. Jon bought the coupons over the phone for his mother to use. We do not typically do this however we were trying to accommodate JonI think the lines of communication got crossed during this process as he called a location that these certificates do not currently expire. I know I have learned from this situation and have taken steps to prevent it in the future. Also we will have the new system up and running and it will allow communication from all locations preventing any issues like this.Let me know what I need to do furtherThanksGreg
