I painted the bedrooms up stairs hallway bathroom down the stairs,With the paint james supplyed to meHe said they mix the paint wrong thats why the paint looks like that,james said it happens often I have to have the manger mix it all the timeJames whent back and had new paint mixed up I told him if we repaint the beds rooms it would cost more he said paint the down stairs with the new paint thanWe want out are way to make him happy also he called back three months later to tell me he dont like the beds becase of the paint bad paint he supplyed

We did the job october monday its completed customer is happy

All I could do for james is to come back fix the promblems for jamesthat he wants done to make him happythats the best I could for james.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The actual date that the work was finally completed was November 7th (not October 7th).  Considering that I wanted the tilling, leveling and laying of Sod to be done in September, it was very frustrating not hearing from the Kleen Kuts and constantly being delayed.  Hopefully the laying of sod will turn out to be OK in the Spring/Summer of 2017.  Because of all the delays, I would not give Kleen Kuts a Revdex.com rating of A+.
