I have never had a negative experience with Kleen-Way They have always been excellent in service

Awful! Unreliable pick-up Sometimes my recycling can sat out for weeks! Non-existent communication between he office and the drivers Calling did no good Can't believe I put up with the amount of aggravation this unprofessional company gave me for almost two years Called a month ago to cancel and the cans are still sitting out in front of my house!!!! Insult to injury!

Kleen-Way Disposal has been our disposal company for several years and they have always provided excellent customer service** is our regular route driver and he is always polite and very helpful when I need assistance to get the trash outSince I am disabled and it is very difficult for me to move the trashcans to the end of the drive he backs his truck all the way up the hill to pickup the trashWe appreciate it very much!
