On August 29th, 2019, my wife (***) dropped off her white *** dress shirt to the above listed business. Upon returning to pick up said item, the owner/manager of business... had the shirt separate from all her other items. He asked my wife if he would like her to return the shirt for more cleaning. She said: "Yes, as I did NOT cause those stains"- which appeared to be a black tire mark.

In that 3 month span, my wife called the business 2 times to inquire about said item (along with 3 visits - last visit in OCTOBER)to which the owner told my wife that he would contact that off site location to check on the shirt multiple times. (My wife also spoke to with another employee -female-
on more than one occasion about said item)

On my wife's behalf - 11/25/2019-(as she was at work), I visited the location to inquire about the shirt. The owner asked me for "a couple of more days"... I told him that I would be back on Saturday (11/30/2019)... instead of going to the location, I called. The owner then stated to me that The item was still NOT available, I told him that this was unacceptable and that there needs to be an monetary resolution. He then asked me for the cost of the item and how the old the shirt is as he needs to make a claim with his insurance provider. He then said to me that my wife caused the stain, which IS NOT THE TRUTH. At this point... the conversation became aggressive as we both raised our voices. I perceived this as him accusing my wife of NOT being truthful.
