To whom it may concern,When Michelle *** bought the play system, she knew that
it was Rainbow’s cheapest play system available. Ms *** paid $1,
for the play system, $for rubber bark, $for delivery of the play system
and rubber bark, plus $for sales tax. The
$also included the
installation of the play system. She did not pay $2,for the play
system as she states.Ms*** was informed that American Play Systems (APS)
would stain what she considered problems that occurred due to the rains the
week following the installation. The very minor peeling that occurred is
a natural characteristic of wood in the outdoor elements. Ms*** was
also informed that we would come out after the rain season had endedWhen we had a crew available in her area, we
called the phone number she had given in the last email correspondence and got no response. After that, the next time she contacted us, I informed her to
go through the Rainbow warranty process if she wanted anything replaced.
She did contact Rainbow. Rainbow gave her a detailed list of the items
they would replace. The only cost that Ms*** would be responsible
for would be the shipping of those parts Shipping is not covered under
the warranty That cost was $169, not $as she states. I have included the email chains/correspondences between
APS and Rainbow Play and Ms***. As you will see, we tried to
accommodate Ms***, but she did not accept any of our solutions.In conclusion, the pictures that Ms*** gave us shows
completely wear given the environment and children playing on the
structure. There is absolutely nothing unusual about the wearing of this
