This complaint is puzzling to us as the desired settlement outlined in your complaint was already in place prior to your filing this complaintThe tenant has agreed to accept reasonable costs for the holes made by the cable company which are the basis of your complaint and we have your written statement that you have retracted your lease violation letter In the process of setting up her cable service, our client directed the company to not drill or cause any alterations to the home based on it being a rentalUnfortunately, they circumvented her wishes and did cause small holes at the site of previous cable outlets Our client was unaware of these alterations until you brought them to her attention and understands this is a violation of the lease It is our understanding you also discussed this with our client and her eldest son during the walkthrough on 3/21/While unintended, she understands these small holes will need to be corrected, and may result in reasonable cost of repairs being deducted from her security deposit Per your email to our client on 3/24/18, you have instructed her to disregard the violation letter you sent We disagree with the other issues you mentioned in your complaint: We requested the lease agreement from you prior to moin order to confirm the details matched the verbal agreement between all parties We notified both you and our client prior to the lease start date that the lease was ready to be executed and it was our understanding you both were meeting to sign the lease and exchange keys prior to the modate We were notified that our client brought up concerns to you during this process regarding confirmation that the alarm code could be recoded for her occupancy prior to her signing the lease By your own choice, you gave her the keys and let her mowhile that was being discussed directly between the both of you and Klein & Cowas not aware of that until after the keys had already been exchanged You and the tenant have both signed the lease and I believe this item is already resolved With regards to the animal feces you found in the yard, we were in no way trying to be combative; however simply confirming with you that our client does not, then or now, have a dog or any pet at your rental property It is our understanding that you also confirmed this with our client and her eldest son (not living at the property) when doing a secondary walkthrough of the rental on 03/21/and this issue has already been resolvedAs you are aware, we have provided proper notice to have our client vacate the premises and it is our understanding that your desired settlement to your Revdex.com complaint was already in place
