Review: Company antagonizes me to pay bills for "[redacted]," even though I am not [redacted]. When confronted, the representative refuses to believe me, and fails to stop bothering me.
The man answering the phone has a deep voice and heavy ** accent. Calls the firm "Cohen, Klein, and Schwartz," and calls from the phone number ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Just stop calling me.
Review: We signed a contract with this collections agency to pursue our past due account. They collected the full amount due from one of our clients (that we know of so far) and never paid us our portion of the settlement.Desired Settlement: We would like to be paid for the full amount collected by this company.

Review: We hired KCS Collections to collect monies owed. KCS collected the monies and never paid us what was due. We keep calling and faxing the open invoice but they have not responded. When you call from a different number they don't know they will answer or they call back. They are running a scam and have to be stopped. They go by the name KCS Collections Corp. but it is really KLEIN, COHEN & SCHWARTZ. People need to be aware!!!! They try and intimate people.Desired Settlement: We want to be paid the remaining balance that is owed and a written apology as to why they did this to us.

Review: I own a company. I hired Klein, Cohen and Schwartz to collect my past due accounts. They collected over $5000.00 on our behalf. They never sent us the money. (It was collected in 2013) They no longer answer the phone. I really don't know how to proceed at this point and need your help.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid the money that they collected on our behalf.
