from Pro TanThis was posted at Pro Tan and emailed to customers whom we had the emails forIt was also on the local television stationWe posted in the salon that all sales are final and no refundsWe worked with Tiki Tan so that our customers would be taken care of and the offer from Tiki Tan was an awesome deal so our customers could try out Tiki Tan and try all the levels of beds that they offerUnfortunately this offer has expired and is no longer available since it has been almost months since we closedIf this individual has never tanned at Tiki Tan before she can get a free week for ***

This is not satisfactory to meI do not wish to tan at Tiki Tan and I do not believe that is an acceptable offering when closing your doorsYou closed with no notice to customersYou should have notified customers BEFORE closing your doors on them to let them know that they either needed to use their final tans or offer a refundI was never asked to provide an email so I'm not sure how you had a client email list to send your offerClaiming "posted in the salon that all sales are final and no refunds" does not mean that you can close down and screw your customersIt means that I cannot attempt to return my unused tansThe offer for Tiki Tan is one free week of tanningI am not sure how that equates to a *** offer, but that is a rip off if I've ever heard of oneI would like to be refunded my money since I trusted a company with pre-buying sessions and they closed with no notice
