Hands down, the worst designed company I have ever dealt with in my professional careerI do not have the time or space to list every complaint that I have about this companyIf they make a sales call to you, get off the phone ASAP

Do NOT ever order from KleritecThey are a scam! They will continually send you items you didn't ask for and charge you for them!

Horrible customer service. Misleading sales when the rep on the phone said the products can be returned once I open the box and see if the products fit my need or not.
When I received the box I felt it was not worth $220. And when I tried to return I was given a run around. I fought for a long time with no resolution. I ended up paying because I needed it off my recurs and account cleared.
This is a scam and an unethical company to work with. Please beware. They do not stand behind their 'return' promise. Please do not accept any package from them. They straight out leu when they are trying to sell and go back on their worlds. You will end up paying to get this resolved and off your credit history.

This company is a SCAM! They send you a partial shipment & bill you outrageously! They offer to split the payments up & act as if you never paid them anything even tho I have bank statement records to prove I did, they will not honor them. They call and harass you constantly & keep sending you items even if you decline the items the will send you a bill!

They contacted me first and talked me into a package of supplies while agreeing to a payment plan. I paid off that shipment as scheduled, then they sent me another shipment that I did not request or agree to or want, claiming that it was MY misunderstanding. So, I paid for that shipment also. THEN they shipped me another box of supplies. When I called to complain that I didn\'t order it, don\'t want it, and don\'t want to pay for it, I was told that they could not take it back (it\'s still un-opened), would charge me an extraordinary re-stocking fee, but that they would remove me from their list.

We were contacted to purchase a box of overstock art supplies for our nonprofit after-school program. We purchased the box and paid the fee. Five months later we were contacted and told that some items that were missing from our art supply order would be on their way to us. At the time there was no mention of an added fee or new invoice. A month after receiving the second box of art supplies we were contacted by Kleritec and informed that we owed an additional $400 for the second box. As a small nonprofit we had not budgeted for unexpected and unnecessary art expenses. We told them that we had not been made aware of any new fees ahead of time and never requested the second box. We offered to return the art supplies, but they said we owed payment anyway. We told them we would need to look into it and discuss the matter with our board of directors. Kleritec has repeatedly called and harassed, demanding payment. However, when we have requested copies of the initial invoices or other proof from the company Kleritec we do not receive a return call or email.
