The owner of this business, Dean, helped his friend title and tag a vehicle that was still in someone else's name. We paid for emissions and inspection and as soon as we pulled out the check engine light came on. Two hours down the road (home) we realized that he never put the inspection stickers on, nor did we have any safety check paperwork. When we called to rectify the problem, I was cursed at, called names and was told that he would reimburse us for the inspection that was already paid for....he didn't need this [redacted] he said. Now we have a vehicle that was supposed to have been inspected but since they know that it won't pass emissions, he is now wiping his hands of it. I would have never purchased this vehicle. This is where we were told to go to pick up our newly inspected vehicle. All they did was rush us out in hopes we wouldn't realize that we didn't have inspection stickers on it and now it's NOT HIS PROBLEM ~ his exact words. Honest? NO. Not in ANY SENSE OF THE WORD ~
