Mr [redacted] did provide us with a receipt dated 8/22/14 in which he paid $580.00 for the suit. We did pay Mr [redacted] the full amount he paid for the suit over two... years ago.We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. Thank you.

Dear *** ***:This is in response to complaint filed by *** *** ID *** Klinke Cleaners did send *** ***'s North Face coat to the International Textile Analysis Laboratory The conclusion of the laboratory "none of the damage can be attributed to improper cleaning"

The reimbursement of about $does not compare to the $I spent to purchase a new coat that was ruined through Klinke Cleaner's servicesFrom my research, the "lab" they had sent my coat to be analyzed at was by a company which mainly services dry cleaners - does this not compromise the results to better suit the dry cleaners this company works for? The garment label clearly states to wash the coat inside-out; however, the damages were to the outside of the coatIt is my understanding that if the cleaner did not follow proper protocol in cleaning the garment, the cleaner is at fault and is responsible for reimbursement of the damages. Klinke Cleaners is a member of the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute which states on their website, "If we did not follow the care instructions, we have a responsibility for the results." My coat was practically brand new when I took it there, and upon its return it had the look and feel of a coat that had reached the end of its life

I’m currently working with you with my complaint to Klinke Cleaners (ID: [redacted]). I had rejected the business’s response on 1/3 and got a response today (1/6). Klinke Cleaner’s response to my rejection was to only resend the original response with the attached lab findings. They continue to ignore the evidence that proves they are at fault, even when the company they are apart of states they are obligated to pay the damages. I would like to deny the business's response again, because I am not satisfied, but they didn’t respond to my rejection the first time and I don’t want to keep going back and forth. I am a new customer of Klinke Cleaners and I am very impressed with the cleaniness of the cleaners. My clothes came back in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review: I took my relatively brand new (less than one year old, worn for only 1.5 months) $320 North Face Women's Miss Metro Parka to Klinke Cleaners to get cleaned. North Face suggests getting your down coat cleaned by a cleaner that specializes in cleaning down coats and before taking my coat there I looked on Klinke Cleaner's website and found that they advertise being qualified to do such a task. Upon dropping off my coat at the O[redacted] location, one of the employees assured me that they were indeed qualified to clean this coat. When the coat was returned to me, it was covered in what looked like water stains. When I showed the employee the marks, I was told that it was due to the dryer and that the marks would come out after a re-clean. The coat was re-cleaned at no charge, but after receiving my coat back this time, there were holes in my coat juxtapose to the North Face emblem on the sleeve of the coat. The emblem had countless scratches and the coat's waterproof feature was now completely compromised. I showed the manager and she forwarded it on to [redacted], head of customer service. The next phone call I received wanted my permission to send my coat of to a "lab" to get analyzed. Being a cooperative customer, I obliged, because my coat was now completely ruined due to it losing its water resistance and insulation capacity. After going without a winter coat for over three weeks, my coat returned with an analysis from International Textile Analysis that claimed that the company had done nothing wrong. To make matters worse, the coat returned from this company with oil and pen stains, which questions this laboratory's credibility. I personally wanted to meet with Mr. [redacted] to tell him of my dissatisfaction with the way things have been handled. Normally you would think someone in customer service would care about a dissatisfied customer, but he showed me the complete opposite. I pointed out to him that the garment tag on my coat stated that the coat should be turned inside out when cleaned. To me, the damage my coat endured would not have occurred if the coat was cleaned to the instructions printed on the garment label. Because the metal North Face emblem on the arm of the damaged coat had a lot of scratches on it, it was obvious to me that the coat had gotten caught in one of their machines. I told Mr. [redacted] this, but he insisted that this was not due to their machines but a defective coat. There was already an issue with one of the dryers when my coat was returned to me the first time with water marks and the employee said that it was in fact due to the dryer.Desired Settlement: Because my jacket was completely ruined, I had to purchase a brand new coat for $320.00 from North Face. I would like Klinke Cleaners to refund me the $320.00 it cost me to replace the coat that they damaged.

I use Klinke cleaners in Verona, Wi. I used to use the East side of Madison location when I lived in the area.
I have been happy with the cleaning and the senior price on Thursday's. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Samantha.

I am very pleased with this business. Staff always polite, courteous, efficient. I have taken my business there many, many times, and will continue to do so. I recommend them to everyone.

Review: I had a $10 off coupon for my dry cleaning at the 939 S. Park St. location in Madison, WI . The individual working told me that she did not know how to enter it into the cash register. So I paid full price with the understanding that the manager would call me the next day to reconcile. For over a week and a half, I never heard from the manager. I called every day and each time was told that she either was not in yet, or just left for the day. After this time, I contacted the corporate office both by phone and email. Never received any communication back. This is by far the worst customer service (or lack thereof) that I have ever encountered with a business.Desired Settlement: I would like this coupon honored in the form of a cash refund for coupon total.

We really like the customer service and the fact that we receive a text & e-mail when our order is ready for pick up.
