After the heating installers came out it was working fine other wise Thay were not going to give me my last check if things weren't working properly I had never mentioned any specific heater on the bid I told them I would pick one up at l&m fleet as far as me not responding to them I was having troubles with my new phone and had to send it back for a replacement did not no Thay were trying to contact me I try to keep all my clients happy  I guess I don't understand what the problem is I finished the shed along time ago I'm just hearing about this 7 months later I'm sorry it broke Thay did demand the warranty papers and reiceit and should have received a full refund I guess I really don't no what this is all about

I did put up the building and had a hanging furnace installed the heating guys I hired to hook up the furnace brought to my attention that there were a couple of parts missing so a got a another heater same kind and payed the heating guys another time to unhook the first one to replace it with the...

second one witch that did putting all the finishing touches on the building I gave the owners my final invoice Thay told me Thay would try everything out and check things over including the furnace Thay inspected and tried everything Thay called me back to tighten a nut on a garage and replace one piece of trim around a windowthen Thay asked me for all reciets and warranty papers in case something broke I gave them all to them Thay gave me my final check in the morning everything looked good and worked good I'm sorry about the furnace  she has all recites and warranty papers she would not give me my last check until she had all the reciets and warranty papers in case something broke

I am rejecting this response because:Klinton Barthel specifically told us on June 5th 2016 that the furnace was "from l&m 75,000 btu called big max".  He bought and installed a Pro Com.  We talked to the manager at L & M and he told us immediately that they have had lots of problems with those.  The Pro Com was quite a bit less expensive and poor quality.  He always has an excuse, two weeks turned into two months.  Further he states it has been 7 month, however, he finally got the furnace installed in late September and shortly thereafter we texted him and called and he completely ignored us. (2 months and we contacted Revdex.com).  What contractor (business man) goes without a phone for more than a day or two?
