The complaint of Mr. [redacted] is absolutely legally baseless. According to the regulations written in the forms provided by the UMV, which Mr. [redacted] signed when he purchased the car, the vehicle was sold "as is". The information that Mr. [redacted]...
has provided is incorrect. He came at our lot on April 14, test drove the car and came back the next day, purchased and signed the papers which indicate that he bought the car "as is" and he was fully ware of it. Therefore, we followed the rules of UMV and we have the documents to show it.

that statement is incorrect , I test drove the SUV and informed the owner and his wife , that the truck had problems. I was instructed that the company would fix all the issue. so I went home for 2 days. around 5pm they called, for me to come and pick up the SUV . I showed up and test drove the truck once again . Yes they did fix some of the minor issues . but still I told them that the transmission was week and stalling . so the owner had his auto Mahican drive the SUV and he came back and completely lied about the issue. and the agreement I singed states if I informed the owner about the problems with the SUV. they are required to fix them before it was sold and the company knowing sold the SUV to the buyer, after insured me that is was fine. Now granted they did fix the gas tank that was held up by seat belts. and rigged the heater hose running back to the control in the rear. didn't fix the crank shaft sensor , and the shock sensor. I think the company should fix the problem because I told them about it before I paid. being a business owner my self , Integrity and responsibility is part of the job. fixing others mistakes
