understanding of this and agreed to moving forward with the repair, as she needed the vehicle. She did receive credit for the scan in print, but apparently didn't recognize it as a refund. We phoned her after we received the Revdex.com statement and she agreed to a discussion of the issues at our business. part of her concern was that she had obtained prices for the parts on line and they were considerably cheaper. [redacted] (owner and transmission builder) explained that the parts he uses are quality parts that he has found to be very reliable. A 2 year/24,000 mile nationwide warranty is included in the price and known quality parts are a necessary factor. We have agreed to reduce the price to $2000.00 plus tax and [redacted] agreed to this final figure. Our policy is to not allow the vehicle to leave until the bill is paid in full.
