Amazing overall experience with Read Klos at Klos Diamond Center!
I don't usually write reviews for things, unless they're really bad experiences with places or items, but not this time. I'm a newly engaged man in my 30's and having never purchased any jewelry before. Naturally I reach out to my family and my Step-Dad was quick to say "Go see Read. He'll take care of you." Read has been my Step-Dad's jeweler for years so I knew who he was but had never dealt with him first hand. He definitely took care of me to say the least! From the moment I walked in Read and his staff were extremely helpful, had a great selection to look at, listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was, were extremely patient, and helped me find "the ring" that has had people asking my fiancée where I got that beautiful ring from!

The customer service didn't stop after the purchase though. He set up a wonderful, private, jewelry soirée for my Fiancée and her friends which they thoroughly enjoyed!! Next, when she went to go get the ring sized, her Facebook post read "When you walk in to have your ring sized and your jeweler greets you by name and offers you wine. He gets me." The fact that he takes care of my Lady when I'm not there, speaks volumes and is greatly appreciated!!!
