Review: I ordered a stacking rabbit cage system in March and only received the CAGES one month later. I was unable to use them because I did not recieve the CAGE LEGS which I had already been billed for. It was sold as a set. Finally after waiting 8 weeks to receive my legs I had to buy another cage system to use because all my rabbits had litters. I repeatedly called and emailed the company to rectify the situation with no response. 3 MONTHS LATER the company mails me the legs after I cancelled my order. I did not need nor want them because I had to buy other cages. I had cancelled that part of the order. They then told me they would refund me the cost of the cage legs if I mailed them back AT MY COST . To mail them back would have been $60+ eating up most of what my refund would have been. And this was THEIR mistake. Not only did they not fix the situation after selling a cage system they did not have the parts for but then they screwed up AGAIN and were not willing to rectify the situation and offer me a prepaid shipping label.I cannot afford $60 to ship them back. The company should pay to ship them back because they messed up. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I have ever purchased from. They are dishonest, disorganized and their custom service is HORRIBLE. I am out over $300 for cages I cannot use. DO NOT SELL A PRODUCT YOU DO NOT HAVE!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a prepaid shipping label and I will return the items I cannot use. I would then like a full refund for the parts. The cages legs and castor set for the cages.

I wanted everyone to know what type of business this place is. I ordered twice from this place and never again. my first time I ordered there it took 2 months to ship 12 poop trays and it costed over 350.00. I was told that they would have it out within a week but never happened. I thought I would give them a second chance so I ordered about 3 and a half dozen water bottles and I was told they would be shipped out by the 19th of the month and they were shipped out 2 weeks later again. I asked him when I ordered them if they would be here at a set date or I would order at a different place because I needed them before my babies came but no they lied. I also emailed them and it took forever for a response and when calling them it takes hours to get someone on the phone because its always a busy. signal. frustrating. I called today and and they will ship them today so its going to take a few more days before I get them. I understand some times it takes a while to get them packed and shipped but then don't tell them they will have them by a date unless you do it. It does not take two weeks to put water bottles in a box and ship it.. the other thing I can not stand about this company is they don't tell you the total cost of everything until they ship them. I would like to know what to take out of my acct. I asked them today if they knew the total cost because they are shipping out today and he said they have no clue what the cost is still because it did not go to the office yet. GET YOU [redacted] TOGETHER PEOPLE. I will NEVER get anything from here again. it seems they are very unorganized and don't know what they are doing. I think they should shut down. [redacted] I ordered my food dishes from some were else and I had the total cost that day and they were sent to my house and arrived in 4 days. now thats service. hope this helps someone.
