It has been almost a month since I sent in my request. They said a check was sent two weeks ago. I reported that I had not received the check, and they said to wait longer. I waited, and still there was no check. They then asked for my information, I gave it to them, and then they never responded again. Now I have been trying to contact them three times and they aren't responding. Totally frustrating because there is no way to get the money they owe me, and they aren't responding.
