The customer purchased the Kirby vacuum on 8/13/2016. The customer then notified me on 8/15/2016 that they were wanting to cancel the contract for the Kirby vacuum, which the customer was within her rights to do. I, Lance W[redacted], went out to pick up the vacuum from the customer and I noticed that...
the vacuum was heavily used and really dirty and the power head had a lot of water marks on it. The boyfriend, "[redacted]" got irate and they didn't want to pay to have the vacuum cleaned and kicked me off the property. On 8/24/2016, I contacted [redacted] to schedule a time to come and pick up the Kirby vacuum and I sent my office manager out to the customer's house escorted with the police to keep the peace and finally picked up the Kirby vacuum.
