The *** family hired K&M Enterprise to complete the project with a time line of 2.5-weeks in We hired a General Contractor whom we felt should be able to handle and deal with issues with the projectThere have been several personal issues among the crew that have postponed the project's completionThe current stated set-back is a sub-contractorWhile the personal circumstances of this plumber are out of K & M's control, the lack of forward communication from the General Contracting Company is deceptive and controlling A new plumber should be hired by K & M to complete the project with a more reasonable timelineNo new estimated completion dates are ever established until after our inquiries, which we try to keep to a minimum so as to somehow please the contracting party Unfortunately we have been disappointed with each projected completion date Also, the remainder of the fee is, and has been for months, available for youThe *** family needs this project completed and not just be, in K & M's words, "on the list."

We will finish the project when the plumber can get in and hook up everything. We are looking to get this completed in the next couple of weeks.*** ***
As I told [redacted] the plumber has to come in and tie everything in. He has had some bad luck with his brother bracking his back so when he can get to them he will. I am not in control of the situation. As [redacted] quoted we have not been paid for this service yet, I know it is...
