In the future when you're charging someone $164.00 an hour to complete a job that industry standard charge for this price is 64/hr you should go above and beyond to make things right. Not argue with the customer on the use of Teflon tape on plumbing fittings. I requested that you use a smaller blade saw in the corners due to the large round blade in a small corner isn't going to work. I even removed the sink prior to your arrival and disposed of construction waste . The attached estimate didn't have my last name right nor was anything itemized like requested 2 times. Even after the $275.00 refund like we agreed upon its still 120/hr. I didn't think I should have been responsible for providing materials for your mistake. The counter top was already purchased and this was for labor. I am glad its all over with and I have located someone else to repair the tile and end piece on countertop.
