I received a letter regarding my Revdex.com complaint for *** ***. I mailed a response, but received a letter last week saying the matter was closed since no response was received. My response is as follows: *** *** did not handle himself correctly. He was mailed two new
replacement sets of parts. A third set of parts was mailed, and confirmed received by ***. He was offered refunds, and replacements several times. *** *** failed to follow the feedback guidelines of www.gunbroker.com, leaving me poor feedback on three items he won, with only one of the items being item he had an issue with. He refused to change his feedback, even though the two other items he received were as ordered and satisfactory. I spoke to *** the day he made the Revdex.com complaint and got him his correct parts. He is satisfied now, and I believe it is best if we simply do not do business in the future. ***KM Tactical
