Dear ** ***,
You asked me to write you to update my complaint against *** *** and K&M Tree Service. He did write me a check for the full $600,however, that check was written against an account that his bank says has been closed for more than three years. He did his best to sound surprised when I told him this on the phone two weeks ago, and he promised to stop by that weekend with cash for the $plus the $bounced check fee that my bank charged me. He did not stop by and has continued to avoid my phone calls

Review: We have used K & M tree service several times to have trees removed on our property with no complaints. The last job that we authorized and pre paid the company (in cash for our trust with this company was ok since they always were good to us) was never completed. The company was working on our next door neighbors property when we were quoted $150.00 for removal of 3 small trees, removal of a Gazebo on our front lawn and trimming the large tree on our front lawn. The 3 small trees were removed and we were told they would come back for the rest. They always had come back in the past and were still working next door so it was no big deal. 3 months later and over a dozen phone calls and promises for them to come, the job is still not completed. I know there was some kind of disagreement between the neighbor and the company and my last phone call this past week I was told by [redacted], the man from the company that I always deal with, that they are not coming back and he will send someone else last Friday. Well they haven't showed either. I just want the job to be completed first and foremost. If they refuse to come back then I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would really like the job to be completed but if they will not come back I would like a full refund.
