This gentleman requested a nationwide background check. It was submitted to our vendor or 5/22/18. Normally our turn-around is one day if the criminal search is clear, however, this individual has criminal convictions which require additional verification before it can be officially
reported. MrHicks has repeatedly been told why there is this delay and I told him that we would contact him as soon as we get the report. I have contacted our vendor and received the following today: Hello ***, The delays for this candidates is subject to county court clerks. For MrXxxx, there are offenses that must be verified by the county court searches. It's unfortunate that these are taking long, but I assure you that we are watching all of these investigations very closely and are repeatedly following up with the courts directly for updates so we can deliver on quick turn around times. Tell us why here...I am charged by this vendor when I submit my request so I have to pay for the report regardless of when I receive it.

because they know we are a reputable company I have done fingerprint cards for Florida Concealed Carry permits in the past and have not had anyone return saying they were rejected because they were not done by law enforcementI stamp the back of the card with my Illinois fingerprint vendor license number I recall that a gentleman called and related this same story I suggested that he call the license bureau in Florida and remind them to check the back of the card I also suggested that he call me back if that didn't solve the problem Instead it seems he contacted the Revdex.comI would be happy to contact the Florida bureau on his behalf, at his request

I did call the Florida CCL Licence BureauThey told me the same thing that is indicated in the letter from themwhich I have attachedI had a short window to resend the print card, so I had it done by a law enforcement agency , that charged me $I consider the matter closed for nowI just want this complaint filed so maybe no one else will be ripped off by this fraudulent companyI was not informed of the $charge till after the process was completeTo me that is misleading!?

I am rejecting this response because:  I did call the Florida CCL Licence Bureau. They told me the same thing that is indicated in the letter from them. which I have attached. I had a short window to resend the print card, so I had it done by a law enforcement agency , that charged me $0. I consider the matter closed for now. I just want this complaint filed so maybe no one else will be ripped off by this fraudulent company. I was not informed of the $40 charge till after the process was complete. To me that is misleading!
