I am rejecting this response because:
MrC*** did not state the facts truthfully As I stated in my original complaint, MrC*** was paid by credit card in the amount of $on April 4, 2017, not by check on June 24th, as he has said in his response to this complaint I am attaching a copy of the *** *** receipt of this transactionalong with a copy of the picture and inscription to be put on the tombstone Given that MrC*** has been inconsistent and in effect has given us the runaround since April, I will not be satisfied until the work has been completed

The paperwork was completed for the cemetery and I thought it had already been submitted back around the date of the check (6-24-17). Unfortunately the form that should have been delivered to [redacted] Cemetery did not get there around that date due to an employee error. Once I learned...
that the form was not at the cemetery I delivered it personally on Tuesday (8-8-17) as per the attached scan. This form was sent back from the cemetery and arrived in my mailbox this morning without being processed into [redacted] system. It has since been returned to the cemetery for approval once again. We have every intention of completing the contracted work, but must wait until the cemetery has approved us to proceed. The photo that was ordered has been completed and is ready to be placed on the monument. Currently, the form is back at the cemetery awaiting approval. Thank you.Sincerely,Andrew T. C[redacted]
