The paperwork was completed for the cemetery and I thought it had already been submitted back around the date of the check (6-24-17) Unfortunately the form that should have been delivered to [redacted] Cemetery did not get there around that date due to an employee error Once I learned that the form was not at the cemetery I delivered it personally on Tuesday (8-8-17) as per the attached scan This form was sent back from the cemetery and arrived in my mailbox this morning without being processed into [redacted] system It has since been returned to the cemetery for approval once again We have every intention of completing the contracted work, but must wait until the cemetery has approved us to proceed The photo that was ordered has been completed and is ready to be placed on the monument Currently, the form is back at the cemetery awaiting approval Thank you.Sincerely,Andrew TC***
I reviewed the original shop repair order for the mechanical check out and PA state inspection for the [redacted] purchased by [redacted] on 05/15/Our records show that the said vehicle passed all PA state requirements and specifications to pass and sticker for inspection at that timeThe brakes were at a thickness of 6/16” when we inspected the carThe Pa state passing standard is less than of 2/16” for both front and rear brake pads.For the above reasons we fell no restitution is due.if you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Regards,Scott HallGeneral ManagerFred Beans Mitsubishi
