Review: On March 13, 2014 I purchased a 13" [redacted] (symbol) at a cost of $ 139..00 from [redacted] in [redacted]. I received the item on March 13, 2014. After examining the symbol I realized that it did not sound right . I called [redacted], salesman and I also spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] who told me to send the item back to get a credit. However he did tell where to send it. So I sent the item back based on the address on the shipping box with an address listed as [redacted] on 02/24/2014 I sent the item back under [redacted] on at a cost of $17.31 with an expected date of delivery on March 26, 2014. I called [redacted] and [redacted] and asked them about the refund for the symbol and they told that they were going to check with the warehouses and get back with me about the refund. Unfortunately, [redacted] or [redacted] never called me back.Indeed, I learned that [redacted] had been fired. I then went to the [redacted] office in [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] who informed me that that [redacted] investigated and it was determined that the package had been received on March 26, 2014 at 9:44 a.m. which was signed by Lyons who worked on the dock. I then called [redacted] at [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] who told me that they search their warehouses (they have 3) and could not find the item. [redacted] then called me and informed me that they did find the package and refereedme back to [redacted] to handle the [redacted]ter. I then called [redacted] and spoke with [redacted], who told me to speak with [redacted] (who took [redacted]'s) place, and he told that they did not have anything to do with the [redacted]ter and told me to recontact [redacted]. I attempted to call [redacted], Inc I attempted to call [redacted] back again, and asked to speak with a supervisor, who was not available, so I left a voice mail, but this person never called me back.Desired Settlement: Since I have documented proof that I returned [redacted], I believe that I am entitled for a credit refund. Unfortunately, I was given the round-a around and that is why it took me this long to lodge a complaint. Notwithstanding, I still believe that I should receive a refund.
