After further review of my emails in and around the 9/16/2016 I show no emails at all from this individual. In addition, we have no phone records of anyone calling in to our office seeking advise. This individual was a former employee of one of our clients and had access to our phone... number. We can not accept any instructions having to deal with investments via email. Everyone must call in and talk to a live person so we can verify the identity of the individual.I can be reached at [redacted] . [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was never told contacting them on their work email was not acceptable.  The representatives I have heard back at the beginning of my request had been giving me info and not once mentioned to me that email was not an acceptable form of communication.   I have email them at least six times throughout October and would have expected some type of response even if it stated please call us directly for this type of request.  I did call their office directly on 10/17 and one of their representatives explained she had been out ill but she would work on it.   I have not heard back since.  I would just like my account closed and to have my fund mailed to me asap.  See email trail attached.Thank you for your assistance.

[redacted],Per my voicemail earlier this afternoon, this is a follow-up email regarding your request for your 401k distribution.I am waiting to hear from [redacted] to confirm the following information (this must be confirmed by your former employer):1- Terminated employee’s hire date2- Termination date3- Number of hours work YTD (up to date of termination)I was also waiting for the last contribution made during October to clear, as there was a final contribution to your account that was posted on 10/21/2016.The date of hire and termination date are required due to the vesting requirements for your 401k plan with [redacted] (see pages 4 & 5 of the attached Summary Plan Description).  I cannot proceed with the completion of your Distribution Election Form that will be sent to you until I have the information verified by [redacted].Additionally, once we are able to complete your Distribution Election Form for your signature and return, it will then be sent to [redacted] to document the distribution.  Please note, that your [redacted] 401k account will be liquidated and funds will be sent to [redacted] for them to then process the final payment based on your distribution request.  They must send the check so the correct reporting is done for 1099’s.  As I mentioned to you several weeks ago, unfortunately, the distribution of your 401k plan is a time consuming process.  Please see page 6 of the attached Summary Plan Description, under Timing and Form of Payment.  I am trying to expedite your payment; however, according to your plan, the distribution “may start as soon as administratively feasible after the end of the Plan Year and after all contributions have been allocated to all Participant Accounts relating to the Plan Year in which your Account balance become distributable.”I understand your frustration.  As soon I get the required information referenced above from [redacted] the process should proceed more smoothly going forward.Thank you.[redacted]Financial AssistantKMC WEALTH MANAGEMENT, LLCDirect Line: [redacted]Direct Fax:  [redacted]
