Review: RECEIVED A CALL THAT I SHOULD BE IN COURT FROM AN UNVAILABLE NUMBER,THEN GIVING A CONTACT NAME AND NUMBER [redacted]OLD ME WE WAS A LAWYER AND I WAS A DEFENDENT BEING SUEDED AND TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRAGEMENTS. NEVER TOLD ME HE WAS A BIL COLLECTER.HE KNEW A LOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT ME AND CONTINUED TO HARRASS ME UNTIL I MADE A PAYMENT.Desired Settlement: I THINK THEY SHOULD BE FINED!!!

I called and spoke to a [redacted], who was very rude and wanted the money on the day of. I requested a letter from them, which she said they will mail out and I received nothing. They did not provide any written notice within 5 days after initial communication. This person is very unprofessional. And people who receive calls from them should consult with a legal attorney first.
