I have taken my car to a diagnostic center to find out what the problem was and it was the starter that was put in my car by kmc it was not a new starte as I was told it was a old rusty starter that was causing tne problem I have the starter in my possion and a letter from the diagnostic center that the starter was causing all the problems and that kmc put in wrong fuses and sensors in my car and that my car could have gone on fire also kmc charged me for towing which I paid out of my pocket already so why did they re charge me for towing kmc also checked out myharness there are screw driver marks on my harness which also had to be replaced and yes my car left kmc running only for an hour all of the problem started when kmc installed my starterich was old not new I have all parts in my home I want something done about kmc asap if not sooner I also spoke to several people that have taken their car to kmkc and had all kins of problems

Review: I had a problem with my 2001 chevy caveleir I brought to kmk auto to have if repaire I was tol that I needed a new radiator it was fix I picked up my car several days later two days after I was driving and parked went to a store when I got back in the car the car was dead I had the car towed backed to kmk auto it cost me 85.00 I was told my starter was dead and I needed a new starter first the radiator 400.00and know the starter another 350.00 that got fixed I picked up my car several days later two days later my car was down again I called the tow truck had it towed back two kmk auto again and another 75.00 in towing that makes a total of 250.00 in towing I was told that there was a electrical problem he fixed some thing I picked up my car again for the third time in three weeks guess what again my car was down I had it towed t pep boys this they said the starte anthoer 197.00 to have car diagnosed itook the two metro car on [redacted] and was told again it was the starter another 150.47 adn towing 65.00 I called [redacted] up at kmk auto and told him the problem what pep boys told me and what mtetro wheel told [redacted] said he would fix it my car has been laying in my parking spot for over a month not running this man [redacted] from kmk auto ruined my car I have to take it to another electrical garage because [redacted] did not know what he was doingDesired Settlement: I would like [redacted] from kmk auto to pay me back for all the repairs that he ruined all my towing fees and all my heartache and now all the expensese that I have to pay because of his neglegence if he did not know what he was doing he should not have touched my car and know I don;t even know if all of the so called repairs he did were nessecary

The car wasn't starting so we changed it and it was fine. Customer left happy. The customer calls us and says the car won't start anymore. We then started looking for electrical problems. Its clear that there's an electrical issue now. The starter we changed was no good do to this issue.
