KMK Residential Restorations

KMK replaced cedar shake on a portion of our home. Their work was excellent. They are skilled, professional and extremely neat. Weather permitting, they were timely and completed the job in the time estimated. I would highly recommend them.

They did a very good job for a very reasonable price. Their sales rep., Chris, was very courteous and friendly, and he gave me a great quote, and they stood behind the quote and did not ask for a penny more despite some more related work that came up during repair. They were decent and honest.

The guys were prompt, polite, efficient and did a great job with our door installation. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and the door looks and works perfect.

KMK is a great company. We have used their services three times. We have our house resided, re-roofed, and this past winter had insulation and baffles corrected in our attic. They quickly identify items that need to be corrected (by photos) and recommend corrective action. All the crews who have completed work on our house have always been professional and courteous. They always leave the work area clean and neat. They have been very responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend KMK to anyone needing restorative work. They have been very price competitive with other companies. Anytime we need work done in the future, they will be at the top of the list.

Very professional from the initial meeting throughout the entire process. Replaced storm damaged roof, windows and siding on entire house. They cleaned up after everyday of work. We get tons of complements on how great the house looks! Quality products and people. Will definitely use KMK again and recommend them for any job!

Great over all job by all crews .roofing,siding & gutters. Chris from KMK worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Great job again especially Derek. He’s a artist when it comes to trimming out doors and windows. Our 100 year old plus house looks its best ever in many years

We had KMK Restoration replace the shingles of our roof in 2016. They did a marvelous job, timely, clean, and respectful. Even responding to an emergency. The service was beyond what we expected and paid for. They deserve a 10 rating.

KMK took the time to listen to our project plans and were very helpful with suggestions and solutions. They provided prompt responses to questions and took excellent care of our home. They were fairly priced but that is not what earned them my service. I felt I could trust them with my home. This was a great experience overall and I would recommend them to anyone.

KMK did a great job! I had siding, roof, gutters, etc all replaced. From the start of the quoting process, Kevin was very personable, and knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed of all the steps along the process and answered any questions that came up immediately. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of the work. Every day, they made sure we still had access to get in and out as needed. All the workers were very friendly and extremely polite. The work was done professionally, and looks fantastic!

My experience with KMK was a great one because they were very professional and explain everything that needed to be done with my roof. I thank God for them.
