On 11-06-2013 [redacted] aka KMP Electronics sold me a Sony TV, out of his shop, because he said he couldn't repair my Samsung TV. He sold the used set for $400 with a 30 day warranty. Within 45 days the TV stop working to its normal functioning ie: the screen would go black in the center after watching it for 2 hours or more. I called him ([redacted]) 11/23, 11/26 and he said he ordered the part for the set. HE HAD NOT SEEN THE SET PRIOR TO ORDERING THE PART. On 1/2/2014 he called and said he had the part and it would cost $150 to repair the set(still unseen). I informed him I was nothappy with this situation and that I thought he sold me a used TV that he was working on in the shop and that he should make good on the sale.I don't know if he has a license to sell out of his shop. I told him I will not pay another $150 and he should fix the TV.
