I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond in this space ONLY. We had made several work orders with not only 1st manger when w moved in Sandra and 2nd manager Monica, we had roach issues since we moved in. This is not our fault. If you guys investigate other teneants that live there have the same issue. Borrac acid is not fumigated when we had requested it. I demand all copies what we had in our file, I want to comapre it to everything I have in file. I have pictures of move out and really want to make sure what you guys have and what I have match we left that apartment clean. If we are able to do conferance call please dont hesistate to call me at [redacted] after 5pm M-F since I work. Thank you.  ]

5pt;">The tenant issuing the complaint was charged accordingly for the damages to the apartment. When the tenant nhoved in on July 1, 2011 the carpet was only 1 year old and in good condition. Our leases do not state that the carpets will be cleaned every 3 years, it is the tenants responsibility to clean if they so desire.
In February 2016there was a flood and we had a professional company come out to extract any water and then clean the carpet and replace the pad. 3 months later the tenant moved out and the carpet had to be replaced due to excessive urine stains on the carpet. Pet urine is not considered normal wear and tear it is tenant damage and therefore we charged 50% of replacement cost.
The unit had to be fumigated due to a severe infestation of roaches. We have full time maintenance and alprofessional pest control company and ALL tenants are asked to report any problems or issues|immediately so that we can prevent infestations from occurring. This apartment was so bad that we had to have it professionally treated before our maintenance personnel or vend rs could begin work.
As far as the cleaning required, we submitted copies of the bills to the tenant and charged her what was billed to us by the vendors.
All charges are accurate and we too have pictures of the damages and cleanliness of the unit upon move out.
