I purchased several paint and primer products from KMS Tools, which they recommended to paint a complete restoration project truckThere were main products used; A [redacted] epoxy primer, a [redacted] base coat, and a [redacted] clear coatAll products from different brand manufacturersThe truck was painted inside and out, top to bottomA small amount of the paint work was done by me, but the majority was done by a licensed ICBC auto body shopThe important thing to note is that because of the size of the project, the truck was painted in multiple stages, on different days, locations, conditions and by different people After sitting for a few months after completion, the paint started falling off the truck, pealing off the primer in patches on its ownThe truck was then dismantled again and stripped down to primer with only a razor bladeAbsolutely no part of the paint bonded with the primer what so everIt didn't matter when, where or what the conditions it was painted in After t
