Please see attached article in reply to Mr***'s complaintUnfortunately, until the FCC changes it's rules on USF support for rural carriers, we are forced because of settlements to bundle a phone line with our
internet serviceIf we do not require a customer to take a landline phone...we are losing over $per customer on internet only service
Also - there are other internet service providers (Wireless - Minnesota and LTD Broadband that provide service in our rural areas
