Be aware everyone this towing company doesn't has exactly official price for their services and every time they change price for costumers.And when I asked them to show me their official price they gave me just printed piece of paper.They've charged me double price 600$ for tow my truck from 8.30am to 10.30am for tow distance feets.When I arrived to the office and tried to figure out why they charged so a lot of money they could not give exactly answer and tried to show me they very busy and have some customers and don't have any time for me.But I am customer too

Review: I was told earlier that a tooth extraction would be 99 dollars by K& N dental but afterward I was charged 195 dollar. So I questioned them about it, and they said it was because it was a surgical procedure also the receipt had on it surgical extraction. So I questioned my son and he said it was just pulled and it took about ten minutes to get the tooth out and there were no stiches it was just a simple extraction, so I told them it was not surgical and then they said it was because it was a wisdom tooth. I also have a prior receipt for a extraction for 99 dollars and it don't have on it surgical extraction. This was the third time we have done business with them but it will be the last unless they make it right. I was referring them to others but not now. There are three more things I plan to do : I will go to magistrate court, file a complaint with the credit card servicer [redacted] bank, and flood the Internet with bad reviews. But really I just hope they will make things right because I don't want to tarnish their reputation.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount over the 99 dollars I was led to believe it would cost. The amount of 96 dollars and I won't even look for an apology for the misunderstanding they caused.

Upon receipt of your letter we have reviewed our records and we want to clarify a few of the comments made by this patient. We are often asked for cost information before being seen by the dentist but we are only able to give an estimate of the cost since the dentist must first examine the patient and diagnose treatment before we can determine the cost of treatment. The $99.00 referred to in the complaint is the extraction cost for simple extractions. Surgical and more complicated extractions will cost more. This patient had a third molar (wisdom tooth) extracted which is much more complicated due to its root structure and location in the mouth. Many dentist will not even attempt a third molar extraction, instead referring it out to an oral surgeon, where the extraction fees are much higher, and it was our intent to help the patient financially by performing the extraction ourselves. While the fee we charged for the extraction may seem high to the patient, it is not, based on the type procedure it was and in comparison to oral surgeon fees. Since it is obvious the patient misunderstood the cost of the fee we are willing to discount our fee for the amount in dispute, $96.00, with the understanding that

this matter is fully resolved with this patient.
