Robert who l assume is the owner is the most Rude arrogant Person who l have ever met in the service industry. He lies all the time about parts not being found at the dealership where they are ordered from.
He has had my car for over 4 months and ignores my calls now and am about to report this company and him to the Revdex.com as well as the Attorney General. I am not sure how there are positive reviews online. How does it take over 4 months to just change a cable for the Trunk? He has also cursed my wife and l have recording of him calling me on his personal phone cursing at me for asking for my car after l left him a message about how l felt about his attitude and also how he keeps lying that his mechanics have called to update me. Caller Id's don't lie anymore ROBERT.
PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT WILL SAVE YOU MORE TIME IF YOU JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
My Car is still not fixed, came in for replacing the hood cable and Oil is leaking both front and back and wanted him to change the Cable so l can change Oil thats low and also fix the leak later. He has gave me excuses after excuses and l have had to spend 4 months worth of Uber to get to work and from as he is not fixing my car as agreed upon.
Repair He has to replace the Trunk cable as agreed and change the Oil completely. (Full Oil exchange) I would like reimbursements for the 4 months of driving back and forth to work for 20 each day approximately with other trips back and forth and also on weekends when with my family for different activities. ($2000 Approximately) and/ Fix my Oil leaks both sides I have tried so many many many times to be understanding and have tried to work with him to resolve it and now today l am done with his lis
